Agreement to these terms

By purchasing a service from Workflowr or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and North Project Services Inc.

Services

Workflowr provides workflow analysis, documentation, and operational consulting services. Each engagement is described in detail on our website.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our discretion, including where the submitted workflow falls outside the defined scope of the purchased service. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if a custom engagement is not applicable or mutually agreed upon.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service, available at stripe.com/legal.

Deliverables and intellectual property

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the deliverables produced for your engagement. This includes any audit documents, workflow maps, and technical specifications created specifically for your business.

Workflowr may reference the type of engagement, industry, and general outcomes delivered for portfolio or marketing purposes without prior consent. This may include statements such as the type of business served and the nature of the result achieved. Company names, identifying details, proprietary processes, and any information that could identify your business will not be used without your explicit written consent.

Client responsibilities

To complete your engagement, we require accurate and timely submission of the information requested, including workflow recordings, process documentation, and responses to any follow-up questions. Delays caused by late or incomplete submissions may affect delivery timelines. We are not responsible for delays resulting from insufficient information provided by the client.

Refunds and guarantee

Our refund policy is described in full at workflowrpro.com/refund-policy. The Single Process Audit comes with a performance guarantee: if the audit does not identify a path to reducing your time on the audited workflow by at least 50%, you are entitled to a full refund, subject to the terms described in our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Workflowr provides analysis, documentation, and recommendations. Implementation of any recommendations is the sole responsibility of the client. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from how recommendations are implemented, decisions made based on our deliverables, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific engagement.

Confidentiality

We treat all submitted materials and business information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you have additional specific confidentiality requirements, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Modifications to services or terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For active engagements, the terms in effect at the time of purchase apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
