Refund Policy
Our guarantee
Every Single Process Audit comes with a clear performance guarantee: if the audit does not identify a path to reducing your time on the audited workflow by at least 50%, you do not pay. No fine print.
If you receive your audit deliverables and believe the findings do not meet the guarantee, contact us within 7 days of delivery at studio@workflowrpro.com. We will review your submission and, if the guarantee is not met, issue a full refund within 5 business days.
Cancellations before work begins
If you have purchased a Single Process Audit and wish to cancel before submitting your workflow recording, you are entitled to a full refund. Contact us at studio@workflowrpro.com and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Cancellations after work has begun
Once you have submitted your workflow recording and work has commenced, we are unable to offer a refund except under the guarantee described above. This is because the analytical work, time, and resources required to produce the deliverables begin immediately upon submission.
