Before you can fix a workflow, you need to understand exactly what's broken, and why. The Process Diagnosis analyzes one workflow and surfaces every bottleneck, inefficiency, and step that shouldn't exist. It also factors in the business context, constraints, and other variables that shape it, because sometimes the real issue isn't where it appears to be.

You get back written findings and a visual map of the workflow as it actually runs: every step, handoff, and point of friction. A clear foundation for whatever you decide to do next.

Once you check out, you'll receive a secure link to submit. Record the process exactly as it runs. No prep needed, mess and all.

A workflow is any repeatable sequence of steps that produces a business outcome: customer onboarding, invoice processing, content approval, lead qualification, order fulfillment, or data entry. If it happens more than once and involves multiple steps or tools, it qualifies.
We analyze one process end-to-end. If it can be walked through in 15 minutes or less on a screen recording, it fits. If your workflow is larger or spans multiple departments or teams, reach out and we can discuss the right scope.
Once you check out, you'll receive a confirmation email with a secure submission link. A screen recording is the best format, as it lets us see the workflow as it actually runs, including any workarounds and friction points.
Don't clean it up first. Seeing the raw, manual friction points is what makes the diagnosis accurate. Perform the task exactly as you normally would, pauses, workarounds, and all. Narrate as you go: the pain points, the micro decisions, and the small things that bog you down.
The Process Diagnosis focuses on identifying and documenting what's wrong. If you want a redesigned workflow and a build spec ready to build or hand to a developer, the Single Process Audit includes all of that.
