• Everything you submit (Loom videos, SOPs, process documents) is seen only by our team and is never shared with third parties.
• Submitted materials are used solely to complete your engagement and are deleted within 30 days of delivery.
• We do not use your business information for marketing, research, or any purpose outside of your project.
• For larger engagements, we sign a mutual NDA before work begins. Any additional requirements can be addressed during your intake call.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store your payment information directly.

Information we collect

When you contact us or purchase a service, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, and any materials you submit as part of your engagement (such as screen recordings, process documents, or written descriptions of your workflows).

We do not collect information passively through tracking pixels, behavioral analytics tools, or third-party advertising networks.

How we use your information

Your contact information is used to communicate with you about your project and deliver your engagement. Your submitted materials are used exclusively to complete the work you have purchased. We do not use your information for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside our team.

Data retention and deletion

Submitted materials, including recordings, documents, and any files shared during your engagement, are deleted within 30 days of delivery. Your contact information is retained only as long as needed to support your engagement or comply with legal obligations.

If you would like your information deleted at any time, you can request this by emailing us at studio@workflowrpro.com and we will action it promptly.

Payment processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store, see, or have access to your full payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. We do not track individual users or collect any data about your browsing behavior on this site.

NDAs and confidentiality

For Business Engine Redesign engagements and other larger-scope projects, we sign a mutual NDA before work begins as standard practice. For Single Process Audit engagements, confidentiality is governed by this policy. If you have specific confidentiality requirements, please raise them during your intake and we will accommodate them.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
