The guarantee
Every Single Process Audit comes with a performance guarantee: if the audit does not identify a path to reducing your time on the submitted workflow by at least 50%, you are entitled to a full refund.
The guarantee applies to the Single Process Audit and Process Implementation. It does not extend to the Process Diagnosis or to custom engagements.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee is that the audit will identify a viable path to achieving at least 50% time reduction on the specific workflow submitted. This means the deliverables (the written audit, visual workflow map, and technical specification) must collectively present a solution that, if implemented as described, would reasonably be expected to reduce time spent on that workflow by at least half.
The guarantee covers the quality and completeness of the analysis and recommendations. It does not cover implementation outcomes. Whether the solution is implemented, how it is implemented, and the results achieved after implementation are outside the scope of this guarantee.
What the guarantee does not cover
The guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:
- The submission was incomplete, unclear, out of scope, or did not provide sufficient information for a thorough analysis. Where follow-up was requested and not provided, we are not responsible for gaps in the deliverables that resulted from insufficient information.
- The workflow submitted was already highly optimized at the time of submission, such that a 50% time reduction is not achievable through any reasonable combination of process redesign and automation tools.
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the deliverables were received.
- The client has already begun implementing the recommendations at the time of the refund request.
How to make a claim
To make a claim under this guarantee, contact us within 7 days of receiving your deliverables at studio@workflowrpro.com. Your message should include your name, the email used at purchase, and a brief explanation of why you believe the deliverables do not meet the guarantee.
We will review the submission and the deliverables and respond within 3 business days. If we agree the guarantee has not been met, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days of that determination. If we disagree, we will explain our reasoning and, where possible, work with you to address the concern.
Relationship to the refund policy
These guarantee terms operate alongside our Refund Policy, which also covers cancellations before and after submission. In the event of a conflict between these guarantee terms and the Refund Policy, these guarantee terms govern with respect to performance-based refund claims.
